While celebrating the L.A. Kings Stanley Cup victory, fans noticed a random drone in the skies over the crowd. A couple of well-thrown t-shirts later and the drone was on the ground and being smashed into pieces. While the owner of the drone is still remains anonymous, it seems that a fear of the L.A.P.D. keeping watch over the festivities from above led to the knock-down and destruction. Not unlike the law enforcement cameras that are becoming more prevalent in major cities, drones are the new hot topic when it comes to privacy vs. security.
